To access information on your past purchases, enter your e-mail address and password below.
If you've lost your account password, enter your e-mail address below and a new password will be randomly generated and sent to you.
If you don't receive your new password after a few minutes, check your junk mail box, and if it's not there, send an e-mail to support@pleco.com. Be sure to include a new password selection in that e-mail in case our response gets filtered out too.
If you're using Hotmail, you probably won't be able to retrieve your password using this system because of Microsoft's overly aggressive junk mail filtering; contact us and we'll reset your password for you manually.
If you've changed your e-mail address, contact us and we'll update our databases with the new address. Please be sure to include any relevant information that will help us in locating your previous orders, such as past e-mail addresses, billing addresses, telephone numbers, the approximate date you placed your order, and any alternate names or HotSync Usernames. DO NOT send us your credit card number; we delete those immediately after processing your order, so they won't help us to locate your customer information, and sending your credit card number by email is a serious security risk.
